How do I obtain the most accurate heart rate measurement with my chest strap?

The most accurate heart rate measurement will be recorded when the chest strap electrodes are slightly moistened.

The electrodes should be moistened with water or a heart rate monitor electrode cream (i.e.- buh-bump).
